All Snow Globe's come with the following:

Cup Care and Directions: 

Do not soak your cup in water

Do not scrub your cup as it can affect the decal (use a soft sponge to wash)

Avoid Extreme heat

Care for your cup with love

Notes: 

Air Bubbles are a normal occurrence with these cups over time as there is water int he solution and it evaporates. This will no affect the cups glitter. If you are concerned and would like to top up your cup when it is low of liquid, pop off the Resin I have placed on the bottom to seal the cup, use a syringe with water and top up your cup.
