Due to the personalized nature of our custom cups and products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items once they have been personalized.

2. Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the damaged item and packaging to process your claim. 

3. Order Issues:
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item received), please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly. Normal products have a 6 day return with customer paid shipping and 60% restock fee. We do this because most of all products are sold LIVE and is verified by you before it is sent out.
